It has a complete 1989 s-10 drive train with the 4.3 fuel injected V6 engine and 700R4 automatic transmission. The s-10 frame and suspension has not been altered. The Ford body was channeled over it so it handles just like a s-10 pickup.
It is all steel with a tilt front end for easy access. It has power steering, ower brakes, isk in front, rum in the rear, nd tilt wheel. It is also 4WD.
All lights and gauges work, ncluding turn signals. It has a GPS speedometer, ery accurate. A new Kenwood stereo has been installed with two subwoofers, nd a 900 watt Kenwood amp.
It also has a ah-hooga horn, nd wolf whistle. This truck recently passed inspection in 2015 by the Washington State Patrol in Spokane WA, nd is titled as a 1940 Ford Streetrod. They installed a new number on the drivers door jam. All new glass, nd rubber front and rear. Drivers door glass has a crack.
It also has an excellent working heater. No a/c but it would not be hard to put the original s10 a/c equipment back. The compressor is still there. Or you could go with a Vintage Air system. This little truck is fun to drive, nd you can do 70 or 80 no problem. Handles excellent.
This is not a show truck, t was built to drive. It has some dents in the bed, nd scratches and nicks in the paint. The only leak it has is the power steering pump. It's not bad, ut I have a brand new pump that goes with the truck
