2000 Ford F-150 XLT Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door 5.4L Florida truck

Up for sale is a 2000 f-150 extended cab 4wd 5.4L. Spent most of its life down in sunny Florida, ou won't find a cleaner f150 in this area. Truck has 198k which is a little on the high end, ut I assure you this vehicle has plenty of life left in it. Motor runs very strong, o noises and doesn't smoke or burn any oil. Trans shifts great and 4wd works great as well. I had this truck shipped from Florida about 5 years ago so there is absolutely no rust on the body besides a tiny bit of surface starting to form on passenger side rocker which is pictured. Underneath is very clean as well. There is a spot on the drive door frame where the paint in peeling. Overall paint is fairly clean some scratches here and there no major dents few little dings but nothing out of the ordinary for a 16 yr old truck. Interior is clean one tear on driver bottom seat.
Brakes were all recently done within last 5k front and rear. Coils and plugs all done within last 15k. Just did a trans flush and also fresh fluid in the rear end. Installed brand new intake manifold, hese trucks have a problem with them cracking since they are plastic. 4 fuel injectors were replaced at time of manifold and also replaced valve cover gaskets while the manifold was off. New tires with less then 3k on them Yokohama geolander ats. New upper control arms and lower ball joints done recently as well. Oil changed with ford filter and 5w30 syn every 3,500. I really can't say enough about this truck, t has been one of the most realizable vehicles I've ever owned and that's saying a lot. Never has left me stranded and I know there is plenty of life left in this thing. I have always kept up on maintenance since I've owned it and I know my dad did as well since he was the previous owner.
Only things I can think that it possibly needs is a new wiper switch, ipers will come on randomly when using turn signals, river door lock actuator, nd the driver seat does not recline. Hasn't bothered me as its in a comfortable position as it sits, 'm sure it's a relatively easy fix just never got around to it. Rear window will leak due to it being resealed, hich I might have fixed through work before sale.
