This was a project car that I nearly finished. We are moving by the end of this year so trying to sell. Car runs and drives just fine, as about 30 miles on new motor (installed 2015). Last pieces to finish was paint, ody, nterior, nd I wanted to replace the old mechanical steering box. Body is in pretty good shape and engine has a nice lope to it. It sounds awesome.
Details below:
- Dropped in crate motor 351W/V8 - rated at 400+HP at flywheel
- 4 Speed transmission (AOD) with new heavier duty drive shaft
- Installed 4:11 Gears on 8" differential member
- Installed Disc Brakes all 4, ew master cylinder, ew tubing, ew brake booster
- Holley Carb 750 cfm, ew - 650 cfm is recommended but had a 750
- New American Autowire Harnass
- New lights (Backup lights not working though)
- Installed new floor pans and new fuel tank
- FlowMaster Dual pipes coming out rear
- New Aluminum Radiator, oses, nd thermostat
- Boss 302 Style Hoodscoop to fit intake under the hood
- Brand New Rims / Tires & Front Bumper- Newwindshield and front cowl
I planned to straighten the body lines out and recommend you do the same. The interior can be done by yourself but still professional is the way to go. Interior wiring is ran and car needs radio, nside lights, peakers, nd window handles (I considered install power windows though). Car will be sold in as is condition and you'll get to finish with the paint job and interior that you want!
