Description

Good afternoon! This isn't going to be a fancy auction like the dealers put up, because I'd rather let the pictures tell most of the story. Instead I'll keep it short, and informative. If I leave anything out, please be sure to ask!
My family has outgrown our 2010 Ford E350 12-passenger Van. We purchased it from a dealer in Texas in 2012, where it was originally sold and was driven. When purchased it had somewhere around 40K miles on it if I recall correctly. Being from Texas, there was ZERO rust on it, and the undercarriage looked brand new. Even today, the undercarriage looks Great, as you can see in the photos...nothing like what you might expect from a vehicle driven in Pennsylvania, but that's because it wasn't driven much in the winter. Anyway, our family has grown quickly in the past few years, and we no longer fit in a 12-passenger, and were forced to buy a 15-passenger Ford E350. We loved this van so much, we didn't change to another option, but only got a larger size. From the first week I owned the van, I installed high-quality seat-covers on all of the seats (except the rear seat...couldn't find a seat cover for it), as you can see in the photos and they look great. There have been lots of kids in it in the past 3 years, but it has held up wonderfully! (Of note, this vehicle has not been driven much since November of last year because that is when we purchased our larger van. It has been sitting in the garage since then, only being taken out once a month to keep it fresh and clean. It's just taken me this long to get it listed!! haha!) The Van has always been smoke-free and pet-free.
I've not done any major work on the van at all, there's been no need. Aside from a sensor or two being replaced, and common oil-changes, alignment, etc, the only thing it's been in the shop for was to replace the radio after my son put a few quarters in the CD-player slot. ha! it was an expensive mistake, but it apparently didn't bother him too much, because a week after I put the new radio/CD-player in, he did it again. So we've been driving without a radio for a while. I purchased another replacement CD-Player/Radio, but I have never installed it. I was going to install it before I sold it, but decided that the buyer may prefer to install the Microsoft Sync Touchscreen/GPS Radio/CD-Player instead. So I'm not installing the replacement radio I purchased, but am simply including it with this auction, and will put the box inside the van.
I've always replaced the Oil/Oil-filter/Air-filter twice each year, and I have always used the Mobile One Extended-Performance Full Synthetic Oil, and the ToughGuard Extended Service Filters... By rights, these oils and filters should have lasted 15,000 miles between changes, but again, I simply replaced them all each 6 months. (usually around 6K Miles, which is well under HALF of their rated life). I also routinely check the oil level and color, and I've never had a problem. The oil upon draining never looked like it was at the end of its life.
Body-wise, there is no major damage. aside from the typical dings you'll find on ANY vehicle that's 5-6 years old, there is only a single slight imperfection on the left side behind the driver door, where a deer ran into the side of the van. there was a large dent there, but it popped back out eventually, and you can only barely notice the imperfection. You'll have to look for it in the photos because it's not easy to see. I only mention it in the interest of honesty and full disclosure.
Inside, again, there are very minor imperfections, or scratches, but nothing that impedes function. It was detailed, so you'll be hard-pressed to find even a crumb anywhere.
My family lives in Texas, so many of the miles put on this van were long-distance highway miles due to the family visits, driving down and back from Pennsylvania.
The Class IV 2" receiver only ever pulled a pop-up camper a couple of times, and the van performed beautifully even without a trailer brake.
Tires are in pretty good shape, as you can see in the photos, although I think I'm due for a rotation. Two are almost brand new, two are about half. All are high-quality, none of the cheap-o tires. Alignment is good. Everything but the radio works perfectly.
The reserve is set quite low for a van with this mileage, and in this condition. The Van is also for sale locally at the Buy-it-now price, so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time if it is no longer available.
I don't think I'm forgetting anything, but please feel free to contact me with questions, or to request additional pictures!
Shipping: I will work with you on getting this van shipped, but the costs are not included in the auction price. I've purchased my last 5 cars off of the internet, so I've dealt a bit with shipping vehicles, but arranging shipping is the buyers responsibility. The van is under cover currently, and is not in the way, so you have plenty of time to arrange shipping once the auction is won. And again, I'll work with you on the shipping. In my experience, costs are wildly ranging. I've shipped for as little as $500, and my 15-passenger cost $2000 to ship! It's all a matter of how long you're willing to take finding the right shipper, and if a truck is going your way with an empty spot. I can offer a couple of contacts, but it's up to the buyer to make shipping arrangements. I'll meet with the truck when it arrives and help get it loaded, etc, and send you pictures of it as it's on its way to you!
Title is Clear, clean, and in-hand! I'll sign it, and put the title and a hand-written bill-of-sale in the glove-box, and let you fill out the rest.
Payments: Please see Payment information above! (or below?) $500 deposit due within 48 hours of auction close.
