2002 Ford Excursion Limited 7.3 Powerstroke DIESEL Front End Conversion LIFTED

For Sale is my 2002 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 with the 7. 3L Powerstroke Diesel Engine. I've absolutely loved owning this one of a kind truck. however it is our 3rd vehicle and I really just don't drive it often enough to justify keeping. With that said. I decided to put it up for sale so that someone else can enjoy owning it and hopefully drive it more. As you will see in the pictures and in the description below. this Truck has thousands of dollars in extra stuff (at least $25k). The 7. 3 diesel is a 500k mile motor. and the only motor to ever go 1. 00. 00 miles without a rebuild. The frame and suspension are F250 superduty components and are also built for life. Find one under 300k miles that has been maintained and you are getting a quality vehicle. I do want to point out that being a 2002 the paint has signs of age and is common for the older Fords to have some cracking in the clearcoat and some in the paint. With that said it still looks great but to be "perfect" it could use a paint job someday down the road. The picture will show what I am referring to. This truck is very reliable and I would not hesitate to take this vehicle on a 20 hour drive today. It runs amazing and gets great fuel mileage. With the extras I have watched it get as high as 19. 8 going 70 mph. Clear Title in Hand and this truck is awesome. Excursion’s 4R100 four-speed automatic transmission also improves towing. especially on hilly terrain. Rather than a simple switch to reprogram shifting patterns. its automatic tow-haul feature employs a computer module to help adjust transmission shift patterns for hills. changes in altitude or when towing heavy loads. A switch on the shift lever locks out the overdrive fourth gear to obtain third-gear braking in downgrades. Lines up excellent and was professionally done. Conversion Includes: Front and Rear Bumpers. Quarter Panels. Hood. Grille. Headlights. Front Lower Valance and Extendable Mirrors. The mirrors are power and they telescope manually. Additional extras include: Hid headlights and fog lights 6" Fabtech Suspension lift with w/ upgraded Bilstein Shocks Bilstein Dual Steering Stabilizers to keep the steering tight Airbags (5. 00lb for extra load control) in the rear controlled by a digital wireless remote supported by an onboard air compressor Extended drive shafts were added to accommodate the lift kit. These correct the drivetrain geometry to the proper angles and eliminating any issues. ( they are important to have on a high-end build done right and not taking shortcuts) 22"x 10. 5” (8x170mm bolt pattern) BMF Novakane Wheels (w locking lugnuts) 37"x13. 50 R22 Amp Terrain Master M/T Tires (very similar to Toyo m/t tread) Less than 9k miles on them. They are in great shape and ride very smooth with minimal road noise and have a long tread life. 12. 00lb winch mounted in front bumper which is also controlled with a wireless remote Painted to match fender flares fit perfect and really set off the truck while functioning with purpose. Rear backup camera that goes directly to the navigation screen Additional screen mounted in the floor for an extra camera if needed (wired to the rear of the truck) Performance The Transmission was completely gone through and refreshed less than 30k miles ago. (Was built to be Strong and Reliable) The shifts are smooth yet still properly firm. it’s perfect. Unmodified Stock turbo with wicked wheel and Banks Big Head waste gate Complete new brake system overhaul; including new drums. pads. and rotors less than 25k ago New ball joints. alternator. and rear hatch/ hood actuators. fresh oil and both fuel filters changed. Just had a certified Ford Technician go over the truck and it’s good to go. DP tuner chip to correct speedometer for the 37" tire size and improved fuel economy. It has gotten as much as 19. 8 mpg at 74 mph on the interstate. This is mounted in the dash neatly and Can be adjusted with the push of a button “on the fly” (while driving). It has 7 different settings that can accommodate driving conditions such as towing or for a little extra horsepower. I keep it on 2 or 3. Snow Performance. TOW-MAXTM is proven to drastically decrease EGT's - empty or while towing. Special mapping and sophisticated 2d digital controller available result in increased power and decreased EGT's! New gears were added to accommodate the larger tire size so that there isn’t power loss or strain on the drivetrain. Well worth having and is a must on a lifted truck. in my opinion.
