Completely rebuilt & customized 1946 Ford Coupe Street Rod!
This 1946 Ford Coupe has had a Frame off restoration. Everything on the car is new other than the frame and body. The engine is a new Ford Motorsport, Cobra Jet 460 with a C6 transmission. The rearend is a Currie 9 inch, built by Chassis Engineering. The front Spindles are Heidts A-Arms with a 2 inch Drop. The Street Rod has Air Conditioning the brand of AC is Southern Air, and also power windows by Specialty Power Windows. All of the wiring is new which is Painless wiring. The Instrument Gauges are VDO. The wheels are 15x6 up front and 15x8 in the rear, the brand of wheel is Mehelich. The 1946 Ford Coupe is completely "ALL FORD" even down to the body paint the exterior color is Dark Toreador Red, paint code "JL". When we had this car built we had to have many things custom built because we wanted to have a Ford Engine installed. The firewall is all hand built and custom made do to the installation of the Ford Big Block. This car has never seen rain and has always been trailered.
