2014 Ford Focus ST ST3 Low Mileage

​​​Up for sale is my 2014 Ford Focus ST. This is an ST3, with every option other than the grey tinted wheels. I'm the original owner, I purchased the car from Seramonte Ford in Colma, CA in May 2014. I moved to NYC last year, flatbedded the car out here, and put it in storage -- where it's been ever since. I'm only able to drive it about once a month, so it's not really viable to continue owning it. I still have a small balance with Chase, but the title is clear.
I'll start with issues:

• In an absolute ego-killer. I have curbed the passenger-side front wheel slightly. I am deeply embarrassed.

The good:

• Apart from the two mentioned issues, I've adored the car and have done everything I can to keep it in great shape. It's had regular oil changes -- one right after break in and two subsequent changes, documented on the Ford Owner site below.
• It's been garaged or in storage for the entire life of the car, so it the paintwork is still perfect, and it still smells like a brand new car.
• It has an absolutetonof power. I'm constantly surprised at how great this car makes power.
• I've added front rockguards to prevent scratches to the paint. Additionally, I've changed the shift knob to a custom billet stainless-steel model, as I found the original to be a little lacking in quality. The replacement, and the original is included with the car, and was only used in the first thousand miles.
• The original floor mats were never used with the car. I purchased urethane replacements before I picked the car up, and never used the originals. The urethane, and the originals, are included with the car.
• The original warranty is in effect until May 2017.
