2007 Ford Mustang V6 4.0l 5 speed with Pony Package

2007 fire red (burgundy like color) ford mustang 4.0L with 5 speed standard / manual transmission. Clean body and good paint. Car looks good.

Factory 7.5" rear with 3.31, but newly installed rear end (installed 08/28/2016) with 3.73 gears and all new seals, bearings, and fluid.
Texas car and I still have my Texas plates and registration on car so has never seen snow. Everything works as it should, never been modified or raced. Runs smooth, engine nice and quiet.
V6 mustang with pony package so it has painted side window louvers, side ground effects, front lip, and blacked out between tailights & grill.
I have all original documents from original window sticker to many Maintenance records. Only used motocraft oil and changed every 3,000 miles.
New parts:
In last 5,000 miles New brakes and rotors all around, sparkplugs, battery, ignition coil, air filter, wider tires for better handling (goodyear assurance with 70,000 mile warranty), 100,000 mile service with full point inspection, all fluids changed.
New rear end installed with 3.73 gears (old rear end with 3.31 gears included in sale)

Just bought a new 5.0, hate to sell this car as it has been a pleasure to have and drive but I cannot keep as I have a new car and a truck already. I would jump in this car and drive it anywhere.
Car does have normal wear and tear for its age (meaning paint blemishes etc.) but look good overall. Also, does have a small dent near passenger side rear quarter pannel (could easily be banged out. And repaired but I don't know how to do that and paint there is good and I don't want to risk damaging paint taking it out). Besides normal wear and tear for age car looks good.
I do have a loan with my bank on the car [Prestige Financial Services] so purchaser would be paying the bank, not me, to receive the title as the bank holds it. I will provide loan number and any needed bank contact in for to complete transaction as needed. I will do any and everything I can to help make the transaction as smoothly as possible. I am a law student and can provide bill of sale and any other requested legal drafted documents to assist any potential buyer the best I can and give them assurance that I am an honest person.
