Currently I only have a Bill of Sale; I own this car; I have it registered in my name on a Bill of Sale in Alabama. Alabama does not issue a title on a car older than 1976 (I think). I have family in Louisiana; I own property in Louisiana. I can register the car in Louisiana, and they will issue me a title, and I can provide a potential buyer with a clear Louisiana title for this car - this could take up to 90-days after the sale.

This is an excellent project car. It is farmyard and around the neighborhood drivable. It is currently registered and insured. I have driven it 12-1/2 miles to work, (and back home), on a few occasions. The lights, blinkers, taillights, brake lightsand blinkers work. The emergency brake works.

A local paint and body shop provided me with a $9,200.00 estimate. I asked them to quote what it would take to return the car to me the way it was when it rolled off the assembly line in 1969. He told me I had $650-$800 of metal parts to buy, which included strut rod brackets which I wanted to replace, a driver door skin and a few other pieces. He told me the right quarter panel had been replaced, but only tacked in place. I have a complete left side floor pan; it needs to be installed.
I pulled the 4-BBL 390 Engine from a 1968 Galaxie, bought and installed the correct intake manifold and heads. I bought and installed the correct exhaust manifolds. I replaced lifters, push rods, timing components and installed a Comp Cams 270H Camshaft. The engine has been detailed (paint).
The interior is fairly complete. There is no carpet, underlaymnet or sound deadening materials. Windshield wipers work - windshield needs to be replaced. I have the dash clock. I would have the guage cluster and clock professionally restored. The tachometer needs repair, (currently it is electrically bypassed, so the car will run). The dash pad is excellent. The front bucket seats are good. I have both door panels; the driver's panel is removed. The door glass is good, and the back glass is good. The door glass needs to be re-seated/reinstalled. I'd replace all exterior body trim, badges and lettering.
Body and interior needs to be restored; this is an easy restoration project.
Videos:
This is a YouTube Video I shot soon after I bought and installed the close ratio RUG-AD 4-Speed Toploader.
This YouTube Video is of the Comp Cams 270H Camshaft - Sounds Nice!
This Video was shot during the camshaft break-in. 11-minutes; long and dry, but proof positive that the process is done.
