This is a low reserve auction for my 1965 Ford F100 pick-up. Really cool truck with a big block 390 ci. 4 barrel. engine that has been fully rebuilt. 3 speed transmission. with the shifter moved to the floor (used to be three on the tree). This truck runs strong. Starts and drives like it should. It has new front brakes and a new floor shifter. It has the original rear-end. I am not sure of the gearing but it is low (numerically high). probably around 3. 73. The engine was in the truck when I got it and is not original to the vehicle. It has a carter 4-barrel carburetor. and dual exhaust that dump in front of the rear-end. This southwestern truck has very minimal rust as shown in the photos. It has a small rust spot near passenger door. and the body cab support has a rusted through spot as shown in the photos. The paint is as shown. it looks like it was originally red. but may have been a red primer. I am not sure. If it was painted it was a long time ago and has a lot of “patina’. which looks pretty neat. It has some cracking on the hood. peeling. and scratches as expected. The metal bed has surface rust but solid. and the tailgate works fine. I put on new hood hinges. but the springs are a little weak and the hood sags if not supported with a stick. The last owner primered the interior. which is all grey. I have the door cards. not shown in photos. The seat has been recovered. Speedometer works. but gas gauge and turn-signals do not. and no radio. This is a really cool truck. tons of power. and gets lots of attention and comments. It would be a great restoration project. however I prefer it like it is. Located at 87544. about 100 miles north of Albuquerque. I will need a $750 deposit immediately after auction end. and the balance by check or MO. I have a clear NM title. Shipping in the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. I do not know what it will cost to ship. NO zero or low feedback bidders with-out contacting me first.
