Description

BANK REPO from First State Community Bank in Lebanon, MO: 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 2WD sitting on 383,000 miles. You read it right. 383k miles and rear wheel drive! It ran when we drove it to the bank in May, but has not been started since. Will need a battery when you come to get it. Exterior is fair. Would clean up and look fairly decent. Front door hinge pins are worn and doors do not shut perfectly. Tires are about 40%. Interior is rough as it has nearly 400,000 miles of people sitting in the seats. Radio delete. Seat heaters work. Some empty coolant jugs in the rear floorboard. Use your imagination as to what to do with it next. Be brave and drive it home or play it safe and bring a trailer!

    TITLE: FSCB has a lien-free title for all vehicles. Title to vehicle will be transferred with payment in full, and/or once funds have been collected. All you pay is the high bid amount. No hidden fees.

    PAYMENT: FSCB expects payment in full within 7 days of the auction ending. Preferred payment methods are wire transfers, or official checks. Personal or business checks are accepted, but the title will not be transferred until the funds have cleared your account.

    VIEWING: Potential bidders/buyers are welcome to take look at the vehicle before the auction ends. However, it is HIGHLY recommended that you call before you come to make sure someone will be available to show you the vehicle. We are NOT here on Saturdays for vehicle viewing. Keep in mind this is not a car lot and we DO NOT trade, and we do not allow test drives.

    PICK UP & DELIVERY: Buyer is responsible for getting their purchase to its new home. Arrangements will need to be made in advance. We are closed on Saturdays in the loan office. Pick ups should be by 4:00, unless special arrangements are made.

    DEPOSIT: No deposit is required if you pay within 7 days. If you are unable to pay and pick up the vehicle within 7 days, we require a 10% or $500 deposit (whichever is greater).
