I recently acquired this Mustang from a gentleman who performed the recent restoration. It was born a Mustang GT and upgraded with original Cobra equipment and custom accessories. The previous owner indicated that the vehicle was involved in a minor front end collision in the State of Kentucky. He had the car professionally restored and added the items listed above including the OEM Cobra equipment. A new Tremec manual transmission with a new hurst short throw shifter and new clutch and pressure plate was added as well as new 3.73:1 rear end gearing. The previous owner replaced the original gauge cluster showing the actual 73K miles on the car with a factory Cobra cluster. I am including the original cluster with the purchase. The title currently shows exempt mileage as the car is older than 10 years of age.The previous owner told me that when he transferred the title to Indiana from a clean Kentucky title, they had to deem the car rebuilt due to the insurance claim on the accident.It was always garaged during my ownership and driven only occasionally around town and to local car shows. Great expense clearly went into this restoration. It is in gorgeous condition and commands attention anywhere you go. This car is very fast, extremely fun to drive and sounds incredible with a very throaty roar. It presents beautifully at car shows and will gather a crowd. It runs, rides and drives beautifully.
