2008 Ford Focus S Coupe

2008 Ford Focus S model Coupe. Almost has 78k miles, one owner car, Automatic transmission, A/C, CD player with aux input. This car is clean, looks good and gets great gas mileage. No issues, drive anywhere. The drivers seat has a small hole and a place where the stitching has come loose. I believe both can be repaired. See pics. Regular maintenance performed at the dealership. Have all paperwork, owners manual and window sticker for the car.
