The winning bidder is required to submit a $500 USD deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the availability of the vehicle

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and verified before delivery of the vehicle

Applicable fees;$210 Dealer Documentary Fee. State sales tax is collected for all Michigan residents [6%] We are also required to collect taxes for residents of tax- reciprocal states, up to 6% of your state tax rate. Any additional State tax will be paid by you at your local DMV when you submit for your state registration. If your state sales tax is lower than 6%, we will collect state tax on your behalf and send it to your state of registration.

Out of state buyers are responsible for ALL state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We will provide you with proper sales tax documentation showing proof of the taxes we collect and an in-transit plate valid for 10 days.
