Ford Excursion 7.3 Diesel Converted to ZF6 6-Speed Manual Transmission

2000 Ford Excursion 7.3 Turbo has been converted to a 6 speed ZF6 Manual Transmission. Conversion was completed 20,000 miles ago. I drive this truck on the weekends so the mileage will go up but its just over 218,000 miles now.
Truck originally had a 5.4 V8 Gas motor.
7.3 turbo diesel and zf6 both pulled from a 2000 f350 that had 198,000 milesEvery wire harness was replaced, with harness from an Excursion that had a 7.3 diesel motor

Truck Runs and looks Great. Thing is a beast and sounds amazing! Clean Title no Rust No Leaks!! Great Truck to pull the boat and enough room for the entire family and all the toys!

Things that need attention:Cruise control not working i never hooked up i have the wire harnessNeutral Safety switch Bypassed itHeat needs connected. Bypassed heater core, I have all the hoses to hook it up, but i live in Florida so never did.Fuel Gauge hasn't worked since the Sump Pump went in. I took the sending unit outFront Seats need covers or re-finished
