Up for sale is my 2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1. I purchased this car back in the Spring to work on as a project. It had a light front end accident and needed some work. I put a set of used fenders and bumper cover on it along with a very nice OEM hood that I had resprayed to match the car. The fenders and bumper need to be sprayed and the bumper cover should be replaced but I was basically using it to make sure that everything fit properly. The air bags never went off and the radiator wasn't ever hit...Car is a California car that came to New York in 2014....still in nice shape for this area. This car is a real Mach 1 and they only produced these cars in 2003 and 2004 only. It has the 32 valve DOHC 4.6 engine which is the same as the SVT Cobra except no supercharger on the Mach 1 cars. Motor runs excellent. And the fully functional shaker hood scoop is a cool feature as well. Transmission is the Tremec 3650 and shifts fine but grinds going into 3rd gear which is common and should just be a worn synchro. Has the stock 8.8 posi rear end which is a straight axle (not independant rear suspension)with 355 gears. The car has a new Exedy stage 3 clutch. Only other mod is an SLP motor back exhaust with x pipe that sounds great! Body is solid with some bumps and bruises but no rot. Like I said, the fenders need paint and a new bumper cover should be installed. You can buy a painted to match bumper cover for under $300. Color is Dark shadow gray metallic. Interior has wear to the drivers seat bolster and just normal wear besides that. Stereo needs to be wired back in but is included. I have only driven this car around the block a few times. It sat for over a year and all brakes and lights work but it should be checked over before any trips. No, it is NOT currently registered. Tires are like new in the front but the rears are getting low. That is about all that I know about the car. I would love to keep it and finish it but I sold my house and have no storage space now........Now is your chance to get into a real Mach 1 Mustang that is cheaper than most GT cars!!! Buyer to pay a non refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of sale.....balance is due within 5 days. I accept Paypal, bank check or cash in person. I have a clean, open California title from the previous owner that will be given to the new owner once the car is paid in full!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! Buyer is responsible for shipping the vehicle or having it picked up. I have used McNutt Auto Transport and they are reasonable and fast. Contact them for a quote at 1-800-755-2324 or look them up on the internet. If you are local and want to check the car out, contact me via email. I am located in Queensbury,NY 12804. Exit 18 off I87 just 45 minutes North of Albany. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. Vehicle is used and sold 100% AsIs

NOTE: I worked on the car a little while yesterday. I wired in and installed the stereo. It works fine. It is the factory 6 disc CD. I also removed the rear differential cover and replaced the gasket as it had a drip....all fixed now. I also located a Tremec 3650 transmission form a 2004 Mach 1 with only 52,335miles on it. I will include it in the sale. That way you can take the original out to do the synchro job and slip this one back in so you don't have to leave the car apart. I will have the transmission before the end of sale.....
