2011 Ford F350 Super Duty Lariat CrewCab 6.7L Powerstroke New Motor/Deletes/Mods

First of all there is a reserve on the auction BUT that is only because I do have a number in mind that I would like to get for the truck but in all honesty I will consider anything over the initial auction price. Feel free to place a bid and if the final bid comes in under the reserve I will discuss a possible sale anyway so please do not let the reserve prevent you from placing a bid.
I am selling a 2011 F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat 6.7 Powerstroke Long Bed. I purchased this truck about 6 months ago from a dealership in Texas. I bought the truck with a slightly damaged motor with the intentions of installing a new motor and puttingit up for sale. The body of the vehicle has 254K miles but the motor is out of a 2013 F-350 with 80K miles. I opted to install a motor from a 2012+ 6.7 for the minor upgrades such as a steel oil pan compared to the plastic that comes on the 2011 F350's. The vehicle has all new fluids since the new motor being installed including both coolant systems being flushed, oil change, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and transmission fluid. There are no known mechanical issues with the truck, it runs and drives great since the new motor was installed. The exterior of the truck is actually really great for having 254K miles on the body. The paint isn't faded or peeling anywhere. I circled all the major dents and scratches in the pictures but other than that the paint is practically perfect in color and condition.
