Other features include a lighted glove box, a front cup holder, bin instrument panel storage, and dashboard storage. AM/FM/cassette audio system comes standard in the XLT. Additional features include cruise control, a leather-trimmed tilt steering wheel, and air-conditioning. The 1997 Ford F 350 has a suspension supported by coil front springs and leaf rear springs, along with front and rear heavy-duty shocks. Together, these features help when hauling a heavy load off the beaten path. The F 350 utilizes re-circulating ball steering.
