Ford Taurus SHO/ V8, Generation 3, Not Your Grandma's Taurus

Ultimate Sleeper, Collectible, Super High Output, Generation 3 Ford Taurus SHO with the "Super Car" Yamaha V8. Only the 4th owner of this "Wicked Fast" Grand Touring car (150 MPH Speedometer!!!). Ford poured money into Yamaha in the 80's and was rewarded with a series of "Super Car" engines Ford put into the Taurus SHO's. MSRP was $29K in 1998! Moon roof, leather power seats, 4 wheel ABS brakes, self adjusting suspension and chrome wheels. Just installed reman transmission with warranty, new windshield, ventilated front rotors with new over sized brake pads, new ball joints, new hood struts and K&N cold air filter. If you know anything about the GEN 3 SHO you know you must have the camshaft sprockets welded to ensure long engine life. I had the cams professionally welded by Ford Performance Specialist in Atlanta.Minor wear on driver seat and slight paint fade on bumpers. Dash separated due to sun but has been repaired.
