This is a very very nice car. It IS NOT FOR SALE FOR MARYLAND RESIDENTS because the state inspection laws prohibit state inspection with the cars exhaust modifications.

So if you live in the state of Maryland don't bid on this car...we will not sell it to you!!

>> HOWEVER <<< This ST does have a new 12/17 current and valid Pennsylvania state inspection sticker on it so that indicates the previous owner had it inspected within the last 60 days, and it passed PA's state inspection

If you live in any of the other 49 states, this Focus ST is for you!! I have been in the car business with Hamilton for 23 years- I have driven this car personally and it runs and drives 100%. The high flow exhaust (whichappears to beprofessionally installed) is not OEM and the customer who traded this ontheir new Nissan did not retain the factory pipes. So that makes thisST "OUT OF STATE- AS IS". ---- >> CLEAN CARFAX with no accidents, always local and a solid history of dealer service on the Carfax. Bring your mechanic if you want, check the car- this is a very nice 2013 and the color makes it great!!
