2004 ford explorer xlt needs work 4 wheel drive automatic

for sale is my used 2004 ford explorer xlt. Has a clean title with no liens. It has 169,267 miles. Has 4.0 V6 motor. This vehicle needs repair. It needs new timing chains installed which area included along with many other new parts totaling $700. It does start and runs, but should be towed away to avoid any possible damage to motor. As soon as i heard the timing chain clinking I quickly parked the SUV to avoid any damage to the motor. I was quick enough that I never even got a check engine warning light. I just installed a new thermostat and housing and fresh anti freeze. Within past 4 years, has had new brakes, tie rod ends, battery (battery installed 2012 is a 6 year battery), alternator and wheel bearings. Below is a list of the good, the bad and all the parts included. If the timing chains are replaced, will make someone a nice vehicle. I had planned to fix it myself and do a full service on it, but no longer have the time needed. I don't really need the vehicle anymore, so just decided to sell it.
