For sale is a one-owner 2014 Ford Focus Electric (Battery Electric Vehicle / BEV) in outstanding condition. Vehicle is still under factory bumper-to-bumper warranty, plus the special extended warranty Ford included on the special electric drive components to include battery. I have not had any problems with this vehicle and still drive it to work most days. It is garage kept at home and at work. There is one minor ding in the front left quarter panel from an errant shopping cart at Costco, however the paint is not damaged (the cart had rubber bumpers on the corners).I love this vehicle and am only selling it because it is currently excess to our needs. Clean history, no wrecks. Owned and operated by responsible adult.
Reasons to love this car:
Premium Sony audio system
Factory navigation system (map/POI updates available)
Premium leather seats
Premium metal-flake white paint
Reasons to drive electric:
Nearly free to operate and maintain (pennies per mile)
No oil changes needed
No need to refuel the car while you are trying to use it (as with internal combustion). It charges while you are not using it.
Snappy acceleration and instant torque (no lag or downshifting)
No tailpipe. Remote start it / turn on the heat while parked in the garage without opening the garage door.
Professional reviews have stated that the Ford Focus Electric is the car to buy for anyone looking at the Teslas but unwilling to pay that price. The sticker price on this car was approximately $37,000. My loss is your gain. Check my feedback -- you will not be disappointed.
