Description:
Up for auction we have a very nice vintage 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Restomod Tribute. Original black plate car, good running/driving condition lots of new parts!!! I have a clean/clear title in hand. Please read description carefully before placing a bid or making any offers.
Very nice clean straight body. Paint is a base/clear 2 stage finish only 2 weeks old. The finish is classic Ford 65' Guardsman Blue with Wimbledon White Lemans/GT350 striping. Many new exterior parts and add ons: new Shelby fiberglass scoop, new GT350 gas cap, new front and rear bumpers, new tail light assemblies and miscellaneous trim etc...
The engine is a small block Ford 289 4.7 liter V8 runs great with no issues. Lots of replacement parts and upgrades: New Cobra air cleaner, aluminum valve covers, new alternator, new water pump, new coil, new distributor, new starter, new electric fuel pump, new voltage regulator, replacement radiator, new battery. Engine is turn key, runs good and does not overheat. Engine has a performance camshaft. Transmission is a C4 three speed automatic shifts fine through all gears no issues. The interior has been redone with custom two tone seat uphostery, woodgrain steering wheel, new floor mats, new dash pad, new door panels and arm rests, new speedo cluster bezel, Shelby trimand a deluxe center console.
Wheels are brand new American Racing polished Torq Thrust II 17x7s wrapped in brand new rubber. Exhaust is full length running into dual 2 inch aluminized piping and Turbo mufflers producing a nice throaty tone. The brakes manual drums front and rear. Brakes work good with ample stopping power. Suspension is stock coil springs up front with leaf springs out back with replacement shocks within the last year. This Mustang is equipped with power steering also. Trunk has been lined with automotive grade carpeting and includes a spare tire with cover.
