1946 ford F-6 Dump Truck

1946 F6 dump truck. The engine is not the original flathead. I've been trying to figure it out and I believe its a 1960's motor, possbily a 302 or 351, maybe a mercury 410 engine. But I can't say for sure. I have no idea if it runs although the original owner said it did 2 years ago, but the wiring has all been ripped out and it needs a battery. The engine does turn so it is not seized. It is setup to run on propane. The only work I did was rhino line the back bed to protect it from the weather. It was painted with a rust stop primer then the bedliner was sprayed over that. I have the title and it is clean. It is registered till march of 2018.
