1979 ford thunderbird rat rod project restore

1979 Ford thunderbird351m (tag on motor) but was told it's a Cleveland and was swapped haven't gotten far into it.
Motor was also supposibly rebuilt not sure on miles guy I bought it from seemed like a decent guy.

I was going to make into a rat rodI have a set of 20" tires to go with it never bought the rims yet.
Getting rid of storage spot and need the car gone no room for it
