2008 Ford Fusion Sel awd v6

2008 Ford Fusion Sel AWD. car has just under 138k. runs great and everything works. Car has hail damage and does have a previously salvaged title. car has a few minor things it needs. but is a good reliable vehicle. IT NEEDS- 1) i only have 1 key. needs another key made. keyfob does not work because you need 2 keys to program it. 2) has a rip behind headrest in rear seat. ( see pic) 3) about an inch of the headliner by rear window is loose ( see pic)4) drivers front tire loses air every other week. Car has Nebraska title and is currently licensed and insured.
