1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 “W-code”. Grabber Green muscle car. As you can see by the Marti report. this car came from the factory equipped as follows: · 302 4V Boss Engine · Grabber Green Paint · Black Rhino Seats · 4. 30 Locking Rear Axle (W-Code) · 4-speed Close Ratio trans · Rear Deck Spoiler · Power Steering · AM Radio · Tinted Glass · Tachometer You can clearly see that the car is no longer Grabber Green. but traces of the original paint can be found in the trunk. under the carpet. and overspray on the frame rails. The interior color has also been changed to red seats. The seats are in good shape. but better in black in my opinion. Here is a list of things that are not correct to this car or missing: · Engine (has a standard 1973 302 motor that runs smooth) · Bell housing (D2OA) · Transmission (has a 1969 RUG-E3 Wide ratio and 69 shift box/shifter) · Rear end chunk (C2AW. non-Daytona pinion. 28 spline). nbsp; Axles 28 spline · Rear sway bar- missing · Export Brace. Radiator. Alternator · Radiator support and battery apron (appear to have been replaced. maybe light accident) · Trunk braces inside by wheel wells (some have been removed. maybe to create more space for beer?) · Mach-1 rear panel (covers up dent in original panel). pop open gas cap. DOOA brake distribution block · Wrap around shock towers · Front rolled fenders DOZZ 16006 13 and DOZZ 16005 13. inner splash shields DOZB 16B 568A · Correct brake booster and Bendix master (black paint over anodized) Correct front Disc Brake assemblies and rear drums · One correct Alternator bracket- · Tach cluster (tach actually works) · Door warranty tag over Green paint- Both doors appear to be original · Dash tag. all matching good title in my name · Rear Quarters. wheel wells. drop downs are original and appear good · Door panels. carpet. interior quarter panels. steering wheel. Nice dash pad. majority of standard interior. This car runs and drives. but I would not consider it road worthy as it has been in storage for the last 30 years. Overall. the car is pretty solid as the pictures show. There are a few small areas of rust through in the corner of the rear floor pans. The trunk lid has some bubbles. and some rust popping on the fender aprons. The older. red paint is fair. Frame rails. rockers. trunk floors all solid and straight This is a legitimate Boss 302 that came in factory Grabber Green. with a desirable “W-Code” 4. 30 Rear. The VIN numbers match the good Wisconsin title in my name.
