1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 KR ORIGINAL 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 Kr #8T02R201727-02281with automatic transmission has undergone a complete nut and bolt restoration. This was a low mileage rust free car before the restoration started. The original numbers matching 428 Cobra Jet motor and transmission were totally rebuilt. Car block/ transmission and the build date correlates with the Marti report. Complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration work was done to rebuild the complete car along with the interior and all of the engine bolt on accessories were rebuilt or replaced. This car was sold out of KC Mo and has been a one owner car in Bethany Mo its whole life and driven very little early on and was parked in 70. due to speeding tickets and that is why it is was so rust free and clean. You can also see the interior has been replaced or freshened up. The body was placed on a rotisserie striped to bare metal and finished off in its original color (Acapulco Blue) and then a cut buff and polish job. All of the gaps and tolerances are good on this car. The glass is good and most of all of the chrome has been refurbished or replaced.
