2002 Convertible Ford Mustang needs a new clutch

02 convertible ford mustang. It isn't running at the moment because it needs a new clutch. and there is nothing wrong with the engine. I've spoken with a local auto shop and they quoted the price for fixing the clutch from $450-500. so you would be looking at a total of about $3000 at the most for the price of the car with the repairs. It does have a few dings and scrapes which i show in the pictures. I also still have the convertible top cover for the car. I've received a job offer out of state so I don't have the time to fix it and I'm not looking to take it with me so this will go to the first person with the best offer. and I am willing to negotiate with serious inquiries.
