2014 Ford Fusion Titanium FWD w/4 new snow tires/wheels, tint and CAI

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE TITLE. PLEASE READ: bank loan was paid off on 3/9/15 but I am still waiting for the title transfer from the bank and state of MA. Will provide title as soon as I receive it. This is an early model year 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium FWD--I purchased it in November of 2013 (hence the high-ish miles). There have been no accidents and the title is clean. KBB lists this car for $24. 00 and that's without the third party extras!This thing is LOADED with almost everything you can imagine. Trim level starts at Titanium with the following optional equipment add-ons from the factory:- Moonroof with universal garage door opener- Active park assist- Adaptive cruise control- Navigation system- 19" H-Spoke Aluminum wheels (not pictured on vehicle as I still have the snow tires/wheels installed. These tires have 19. 00 miles on them)I've also added a few wonderful third-party upgrades that have been amazing:- Steeda Cold Air Intake ($250)- WetherTech Floorliner DigitalFit 1st and 2nd row ($180)- Window tint installed by Tint King in Billerica--it's their highest quality and darkest legal in MA ($410)- 4 Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice WRT XL Snow tires mounted and balanced on 4 MSW Gunmetal rims all from Tirerack. com ($1. 50) - these are shown mounted on vehicle in photosThe car itself is in perfect working condition. Although Ford 'says' the car can go upwards of 10. 00 miles before an oil change. I have records showing that I've done oil changes and tire rotations every 5. 00 miles. The majority of the miles on the car are highway commuting/road trip miles. Cosmetically. I've waxed the car twice since I've had it. and there are only minimal normal wear and tear surface scratches and scuffs--nothing at all significant. There is one very small. shallow indent on the rear passenger quarter panel that is barely noticeable. Reason for selling: we're aggressively saving for a down payment on our first home and we've decided to downgrade one of our cars to expedite that process.
