1929 Model A Roadster, Speedster. beautiful handmade body. Vintage Racer.

Up for sale is a beautiful. period correct Model A Speedster. All running gear and chassis is a stock. rust-free 1929 Model A. The body Was hand formed aluminum over wood construction. and looks very nice. as is the paint too. The car is nearly complete. and runs and drives. The Carburetor will need some tuning before being driven much. I have converted it to 12 volt. along with all new wiring. new battery. and a Delco-Remy alternator. I have driven this car. and it tracks well. The parking brake and mechanical brakes are nicely adjusted. the transmission shifts well and doesn't make any noise. The flathead 4 cylinder motor is solid and doesn't smoke. however it does leak a little oil. With minor tuning this car would be a blast to drive. The car runs cool. and the cooling system doesn't leak. All fuel lines and filters are new. along with a Walbro electric pump. The upholstery is vinyl and appears to have been made in the 60's. but it still shows very well. The whitewall tires are very street able. and have good tread.
