1999 Ford Windstar Van being sold as excess equipment at NO RESERVE. Van was used by City Staff in our administration department. Usage included transportation of both people and materials at various times. Van was purchased by City new and has been under fleet maintenance since new. Van runs and drives as it should. Has just been serviced and had a new battery installed. Tires all have good tread. Van is equipped with power windows and locks and cruise control. A/c works and heat blows hot.
