Important please read: The auction made me choose a title type to list so I chose clear however there is NO TITLE or past registrations that I can obtain or give you with the car. CT does not issue titles for cars this old and I cannot get a registration unless I had restored it and it was ready for the road. This will impact international bidders and states that require old registrations and or titles. Again no title or registrations - all you will get is an official CT bill of sale form (CT H-31) from me tranferring ownership to you. Fastback 390 S codes dont show up often that arent 60K so heres you chance at a real decent project at a starting price for far less then I have into it. I have been buying parts for it and had a few things sandblasted. found nicer original parts where in could and bought some new parts. The white fender is real decent an in primer sealer. The doors do have some decay at the bottom but are savable if you want to do the car on the cheap. This car has some rust and denting but looks like its never been restored before so needs a full resto but is not in horrible shape. For starters it needs a patch to one front outer rail. lower rear quarter patches. a full floor (could do side floors but they don't look as nice). at least the bottom of one tow board. wo holes that were drilled in the middle of the shock towers to get at the control arm greese fittings . nbsp;some top apron rot which is common and some trunk work. The side rails and rear frame rails seem good and the cowl seems really nice. The front torque box isnt perfect and will need a little work(i wouldnt replace it) and the front frame rails look decent except whats shown in the pictures. Like almost all mustangs ive seen the apron where the battery sits needs patching- see pic. The 390 is not original. probably a 70 or 72. it's a strong runner which I heard before it was put into this car and has a edelbrock intake and carb. It's not hooked up so it does not run. drive or brake. The Trans is currently a useless 3spd just to help hold the engine in place I don't have the original 4spd or shifter parts either. The 9inch rear is in the car. Cowl seems good. The glass is just sitting there. There are some new parts like the wheel well chrome. hood. valances. door panels etc. Needs full resto and assembly. Is a "S" code but not a gt as far as I know. I don't have the marti report. I dont have the original door tag (have a repro from Martiworks) just the original vin stamped aprons on the car and the original buck tag. Based on that it was 63A car- burnt umber. saddle interior. fold down seat. 390. 4speed. 3. 25 limited slip rear. exterior decor group. Its missing a few parts as shown (see pics) but is overall pretty complete except for parts I would replace during a normal restoration. Please make sure you have the funds ready to purchase and have looked into shipping costs and options for an inoperable car with parts prior to taking action in the auction. Please check with your local registries before you bid to ensure the CT bill of sale is good enough for you. Selling the car as is where is. Deposit of $200 required within 24 hours of the end of auction with full payment due within 7 days of auction close.
