I am selling my 2002 SS Camaro. I bought the car in August of 2014 with 1200 miles, he car currently has 1860 and may have a few more by the time it gets sold, ut it will not break 1900. I drive it about 10 miles per month when the weather is nice as I want to keep it "road worthy" and not let it sit and deteriorate. Total miles driven in 2015 were 75. Car has been kept inside my garage with a battery tender.
I had the car serviced when I bought it because it had set for a while in a collection. All fluids (brake, ransmission, ower steering, ifferential, adiator, nd fuel lines), ere flushed and the gas tank pulled and cleaned, s well as a new fuel pump installed. This was done at Allen Samuels Chevrolet in Houston. Cost was $2500.00. I also had to replace the door speakers for the radio. I used new old stock and have the old speakers which I will include with the car. I have the receipts for the service work. The oil has been changed annually since then at the dealer with Mobil 1. .
The car is in like new condition. Everything works like it should. AC is cold, ngine starts immediately, he CD changer in the back still is in plastic. I have the SLP accessories that will come with the car as well as the original air cleaner. Trophy mat, ey chain, ar cover, nd the books. Also have the SLP birth certificate.
The car is a 35th Anniversary car, ith the SLP Rear Center Exhaust. I understand that of the 3500 Cars built, oughly 1200 were Convertibles, nd of those about 200 were SLP Rear Center Exhaust 6 speeds. It is by far the most desireable of the 35th Anniversary Cars.
The car is currently insured with stated value insurance with a value of $26,000. The cost to insure is under $400 per year. I have a under market price of $22,900 on the car and will entertain reasonable offers.
The car is ready for either a collection or for taking it to shows or Sunday Drives like I do. Nice weather is coming and there is nothing like a Convertible, specially when it's hooked to a 345 HP LS1 with rear center Exhaust.
If your wondering why I am selling it, have a very good reason. As you may have noticed my eBay name is Moparmac. Their is a new Dodge hellcat in my Garage and I'm just plain out of room.
Any questions please send me a email.
