2007 328i Loaded 6 speed manual Daily driver 230hp i-6

my wife is 2nd owner, rove it from 20k miles to 100k and then I toke over, he was involved in 2 accidents which all was fixed, Ew tires and recent service done at certified BMw mechanics, oils and spark plugs done at 120k, t leak from the oil pan gaskets needs replacement, ts doesnt bother me enough to spend the money, no added oil needed inbetween oil changes, t has normal wear and tear and a great driver, ack seat barely used, ll works other then 1 or 2 tire sensors are not working (or not present?) .. this car comes with all options EVEN hill climb which is great for taking off hills without rolling back, eated seats, unroof and all windows work great, he rear passenger gets stock sometimes be aware, ts a 10 year old car with 150k miles... there is green paint splattered see pics,
