This vehicle currently has a car loan for it. A Bill of Sale will be signed by both Buyer and Seller, uyer will pay seller and buyer takes possession of the vehicle at that time. If the buyer is financing the car, ur bank will mail the title to the buyer's bank. If buyer purchases the car without a loan, he title will be mailed directly to the buyer within 10 business days.
