I'm selling this vehicle for an elderly friend who has been in poor health for several years. A one owner vehicle, t was specially ordered from our local GM dealership in Bullhead City, Z. It has a rare combination of options specifically well suited for heavy duty towing. Coupled with the 6.0 V8, speed HD automatic transmission and Stabilitrak handling package, t will safely handle towing loads approaching 10,000 pounds. In addition it has real 4WD (not AWD) for excellent off-road capability. At the time this package was not available in a Chevy Suburban. The dealer obtained Build Sheet posted in the photos lists all the options. In addition to the factory options, t has electric, etractable running boards/steps with LED lighting.
A CarFax report shows this vehicle was involved in an accident on 11/28/13 with reported damage. While it was indeed involved in an accident causing serious damage to two other vehicles, t suffered only a minor scuff on the drivers side front bumper. The damage was completely removed when it was detailed. There is a small dent with no paint damage on the leading edge of the passenger rear wheel opening. It could possibly be repaired with Paintless dent removal. The CarFax also lists 20 service records as this vehicle was very well maintained and always garaged. The vehicle was last serviced in November 2015. At that time the battery was replaced and the 75% E rated tires were rotated. Other than what has been stated, here are no other known issues with this vehicle.
