2004 Honda S2000 Rio Yellow Pearl

Up for sale is my 2004 Rio Yellow Pearl S2000 with 64k miles. I have owned this car for 4 1/2 years and put 29k miles on it. I believe I am the 3rd owner. This is a stunning. clean example with an almost perfect exterior. very good interior and average mechanicals for an 11 year old car. I am selling the S2000 because I'm a Miata guy at heart and will use the money to build my LS7 V8 Miata. Please review the recent photos for the highlights and lowlights of my car. Specific highlight. lowlight and vehicle history details are as follows:Lowlights:The driver's seat left hip bolster is showing age (light surface cracking). See photo. The convertible top may be the original. The black mat fabric is showing shiney areas indicating the beginning of wear through. No leaks. See photo. The OEM air intake was removed and replaced by a K&N type system before I owned it. See photo. There is an annoying drivetrain vibration in the area near the rear passenger CV (constant velocity joint) upon accelleration that peaks at 45 mph. The front air dam has many dings and 2 cracks from parking lot curbing. See photosHighlights:The body panels and pearlescent paint are original and almost flawless. All body panel serial numbers match VIN. Brake calipers are painted with yellow caliper paint (although yellow is not an exact match for body)Custom front air dam with great paint match is installed. Plus 1 size tires front and rear 10mm wider than stock There was also a rear wing with great paint match installed on the car when I bought it. I removed it because I did not like it. It will be included with sale of car. History:Before I bought the car in Sep 2010:The twentysomething second owner who I bought the car from was a Honda VTEC horsepower seeker. He owned a few Acuras. one with 800hp. He had purchased the S2000 from the original owner who had installed a Vortech turbine supercharger. intercooler. ECU. ACT clutch and lightened flywheel on the car. The new owner blew the supercharger and ECU and didn't have the cash to fix. So. he removed the supercharger system. left the clutch. flywheel and over torqued drivetrain. After I bought the car:I installed the following items which progressively have removed almost all worn/damaged rotating parts and restored the drivetrain back to OEM:Differential. Driver side half shaft. main drive shaft. clutch. flywheel. All OEM. Buyer can have the blown supercharger system. lightened flywheel. ACT clutch and rear wing if desired.
