2008 Honda Civic EX. 1 Owner. New Michelin tires.

First-about me (as i believe in full disclosure):I purchase cars from private sellers and resell them through a dealership by paying an association fee. I only purchase directly from the sellers i meet in person and I do not buy auction cars (i don't have licensing for that). I am not a dealer. the cars are partially titled in my name. but all paperwork and transfer of the title will be done at the dealership by my house. This car is kept at and can be viewed at my home. I'm very detail oriented and have tried to include everything in this ad. This car came from one adult owner (which makes whoever purchases it the second owner as i will not count as an owner in the cars history). He originally leased it for 2 years and then purchased it. Sold it to me due to having a kid and buying a cr-v. 83k original miles. mostly from his daily 40 mile commute. He took very good care of it. there are no cracks on the bumpers or major damage to any areas of the vehicle. As it is a 2008 it has some tiny chips in the paint but nothing out of ordinary. The interior is spotless. never smoked in (it looks like no one has ever sat in the back seat). Clean green title (definitely not a salvaged/rebuilt piece of junk). Comes with all 3 key fobs of course. This is the EX trim of the civic which includes:-power options (mirrors. doors. windows. aux input. cruise control. steering wheel audio controls)-alloy wheels-sunroof-5 speed automatic transmission-1. 8l 4 cylinder engine-rear defroster-and a bunch of other stuff-the EX is considered the highest trim as far as options go. The car runs and drives perfectly. No issues whatsoever. Doesn't pull to the side. doesn't make any out of the ordinary noises. doesn't spontaneously combust. basically it acts like you'd want a car to act. It's an excellent money saver as it gets great fuel economy and has a dirt cheap insurance rate. It has brand new michelin pharmacy tires ($125 apiece with a 6 year/60k mile warranty) on it and newer brake pads in both front and rear.
