I am a licensed automotive rebuilder in the state of Georgia. I purchased the vehicle with 282 miles on it. The title says rebuilt and odometer discrepency. The odometer is due to the battery being out of the car and the dash digital. The miles will go up a few until it sells as I still drive the car some. It was damaged in the left front area. The car has been rebuilt to Georgia state rebuild requirements that are some of the strictist I know of. The state uses ICAR standards which most all body shops abide by. This car has been rebuilt to body shop standards. It has no problems. abs. airbag lights. etc. Car had no suspension damage or frame damage. I replaced the left fender. headlights. hood. bumper. radiatior. condenser and small misc. parts with either aftermarket or new genuine Honda parts. I take pride in the quality of cars I rebuild and have been doing this for thirty years. I am not a large production shop and only do a small amount of cars each year. I have the owners manual and window sticker. This car stickered for just over $30. 00. The only option I know of that it does not have is navigation. It does have available XM radio. NADA Retail on this car now is $22. 00 with the mileage add on. My buy it now price of $14. 00 is just barely above Rough NADA book before the mileage add on. It is $17. 25 with the add on. If you compared this car to any other on a dealers lot you probably wouldn't know it had been damaged. It looks that good. If you are looking for a great Honda at a bargain price. this is it.
