Original owner and has been maintained meticulously since day 1. It has 179. 60 miles and counting as I'm still driving it. It has never been in an accident and it's all original paint/body is in very good condition. Mechanically it's been up to date with all of its services. oil changes every 3. 00 miles and has had some wear items replaced. It has recently had the tires replaced with Michelin MX4's. the left and right rear hub bearings have changed and all four struts have been replaced within the last few months or so. Love the factory dual exhaust!The drive chain (timing belt) has been done and the water pump and gaskets have been replaced. It has a new DieHard gold battery and a new serpentine belt. Brakes were done at all four corners last year and both window motors have been replaced as well. Have papers on all work performed. Autocheck shows that the recall on the airbag was NOT performed. but it WAS checked out and I have the paperwork from Honda stating that it did not need to be changed. Message me for the complete Autocheck report. As you can see. much of the maintenance that can come up have been taken care of already. Car runs strong. drives well and will make a great used car for someone. There are a few things to note that won't interfere with driving this car but want to be upfront with what's wrong as well. The windshield has been cracked for sometime. but it's all the way at the bottom and has made its way across most of the glass (a few inches from the bottom). Doesn't interfere with vision and doesn't leak so there was no need to fix it. As is to be expected in a 13 year old car with leather seats. the driver seat is a little torn but has held up well and isn't that bad. There is some paint peeling (clear coat. mostly on the rear bumper. see pics). That is all that I can think of to report on it.
