This is our second 100% legal JDM import being offered on the market after three years in business as a California licensed vehicle dealer. This car would make an excellent daily driver capable of 30+mpg. This Civic Si is mostly stock with the exception of the following upgrades:-Enkei Bortex Varese wheels-Momo Race steering wheel-Kenwood CD deck-Rain visorsCondition Report:Engine: The JDM ZC 16 engine laid the foundation for Honda engine swaps before V-tec swaps were the norm. With 130hp and a redline of 7200rpm this engine is quite potent in stock trim. The engine runs great and has excellent compression: #1 192psi #2 190psi #3 192psi #4 193psi. It runs smooth and revs quickly through the powerband which makes for a very fun driving experience. The valve train is quiet and there are no unusual noises from the engine. The coolant is clean and green. and the oil was just changed with full synthetic 10-30w mobil 1. The underside of the car is very clean and there does not appear to be any leaks from the engine or the cooling system. The alternator puts out 14. 2v and the starter works great. Transmission: Shifts perfectly into all 5 gears and reverse. Drivetrain: The clutch grabs hard and feels healthy. The CV boots are in great shape and do not leak. and the CV joints are happy and healthy. Brakes: Front pad life 70%. rear pad life 70%. Brakes feel strong and responsive. Front rotors will need to be replaced next brake change. Suspension: Original in great shape. Wheels/Tires: Enkei Bortex Varese wheels with 185/60/14 Bridgestone Sneaker tires. Interior: The interior is very clean and in great shape. the driver seat has a tiny rip on the shoulder bolster but the rest of the fabric is clean and in great condition. The carpet is clean and there is a nice full set of civic checkered floor mats. A Momo race steering wheel and hub replaces the original steering wheel. The original spare is present in the trunk as well as the jack and roadside tools. Accessories: All gauges functional (coolant temp. RPM. speedometer. fuel level). locks functional. roll up windows functional. JDM Kenwood radio with CD and AUX functional. digital clock functional. windshield wipers functional. turn signals functional. 12v lighter functional. ashtray light functional. heater functional. windshield sprayers functional. dome light functional. horn functional. A/C blows cold. Exterior: The exterior on this car is in really great shape and was just professionally detailed. The clear coat is still in great shape and the white paint job is bright and glossy. The only imperfections are small paint chips on the top surface of the passenger side quarter panel molding. and one very shallow ding on the top side of the driver fender. Otherwise the rest of the body is straight and damage free. The front bumper and hood have been repainted at some point. but the paint quality is excellent and matches the rest of the body well. No rust damage other than insignificant surface rust underneath the car and on certain bolts in the engine bay. The factory "DOHC" decals on the doors have fallen off but they should not be too hard to replicate or locate replacements.
