Very rare: 2005 Accord Coupe with V6 VTEC 240Hp and 6-speed manual. Car has been driven by same owner for past 65K miles in far upstate New York. No mechanical issues. drives great. new tires (3K miles). No rust. Car has been well maintained. The story: This car has a note on the title: "IMPORTANT: THIS VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER OR DEALER BECAUSE IT DID NOT CONFORM TO ITS WARRANTY" is written on title. The good part: the car was resold with full warranty and driven by one owner ever since 2006 with no issues. passanger side power window at times will stop working but then will work again. Dealer repalced the motor a few times but never truly resolved the issue. This car was returned to the manufacturer soon after new purchase in 2005 under the lemon law. I understand that the original owner claimed that third gear would pop out. The car was resold with manufacturers warranty in 2006 and has had same owner. Third gear has never popped out for the current owner. The car was garaged and driven in rural upstate New York during its life. No issues other than the intermitten passenger power window problem noted above. a few dings and some curb rash that is all shown on pics.
