This auction is for a 1995 Honda Sol in excellent condition.
It has: A 4 cylinder motor. Automatic transmission. Power windows and locks. Air conditioning. It does not have cruise control. Targa top with a clever storage rack in the trunk for the top (see pictures). The rear window retracts into the bodywork like the side windows retract into the doors. Very nice original paint. In the pictures you can see reflections of objects around the car. It has some minor blemishes and tiny dents but otherwise it looks very good.
The interior is in what I would consider to be very good condition for a car of this age (see pictures). It has an Alpine radio system with door mounted component speakers. It has not been modified from stock except for a non stock muffler. The car came from Oklahoma and has not been driven in the winter. The body is without rust for all practical purposes. There might be a bolt head or unpainted piece of metal with surface rust but the body panels are clean.
The wheels and tires are the original 13 inch size. The tires are completely usable but will need replacing in 10 or 15 thousand miles. If I was going to keep the car I would put a set of 16 inch wheels and low profile tires on it. That would upgrade the already great handling and really set the car off. The Supplemental Restraint System warning light is on in the instrument cluster. I don't know if that means it is not working or if it is just a code that needs to be reset. I never worried about the air bags personally.
The car is a lot of fun to drive. It gets about 34 mpg for me in combined driving. It handles really well. It is the closest you can get to a convertible without dealing with a canvas top. The Targa top is very easy to remove and store in the trunk and the trunk is still usable. I would drive it anywhere because I am confident that I would have fun and zero problems. This car is being sold as is. There is no warranty. All of the statements about the car are true to the best of my knowledge. It's a great little car, just have acquired too many cars to keep them all.
By bidding or purchasing this item the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless from all liability related to the possession or use of the car.
