2001 Honda S2000 with F22c engine swap and lots of brand new parts!

Hey guys I have up for sale my 01 Silverstone S2000 which is 100% stock. I have 2 s2000's in my possession and Im looking to sell this one to make room for another project.
History: I purchased this car 2 years ago from the previous owner ( female owned) she had run the car low on oil and the original F20c motor developed a rod knock. The car has a CLEAN title. The following was done after I purchased it...
An F22c engine with 72k miles was installed. I walnut shell blasted the entire engine and accessories before installation and painted everything with aluminum silver engine paint. The valve cover was painted red. Literally it looks brand new. As well the entire engine bay cleaned by hand! A valve adjustment was also done at this time.
The clutch was replaced with an OEM one I had removed from a my previous setup on another car which had 3k miles on it, ssentially its very new!
The following parts are BRAND NEW and have less then 10 miles on them seriously!
*Robbins vinyl soft top with glass conversion ( has seen daylight once! )
*Tires with 245 in back, 15 up front Potenzas Re050a
*Steel braided brake lines
*Clutch Master cylinder
*Brake Master cylinder

*Clutch Slave cylinder
*4 wheel alignment

*Clutch fluid change
*Oil change
*Diff fluid change
*Transmission fluid change

*Super blue racing brake fluid change
The following have less then 1000 miles according to previous owner ( look new )
*Front and rear brakes
*Front and rear rotors
*Tinted windows 20%
The car is riding on ap2 wheels and also has a front lip which I believe to be oem. The original rear view mirror was replaced with a Broadway mirror ( wider view ). The paint is 8.5/10 does not have any dings or dents but the typical wear and tear small rock chips on the front bumper mainly. The interior is flawless no signs of wear and is completely black. Even the driverside bolster is in very good shape!
Asking $13,000 which I believe is fair considering all the new parts and labor. I am open to REASONABLE offers lowballers will flat out be ignored.
