Blue 1985 Volvo 240 Wagon with IPD Swaybars and Springs

With a heavy heart I offer to the internet my 1985 Volvo 240 with 243k miles. I recently purchased a 2001 V70 T5m as the new backup wagon, o the 240 has to go. $1000 takes it home- looking to sell to a fellow Volvo enthusiast.
The good-
-Reliable, aily-driver quality car. I'd drive it anywhere
-M46 overdrive works great
-Lots of maintenance over the past few years including front & rear brakes, ear shocks, uffler, ie rod ends, iming belt, egular oil changes, park plugs, ir filter...
-Steering and suspension are tight
-Does not leak or burn oil
-Replaced floorpans
-IPD swaybars and rear springs
-Class III towing hitch with wiring
-Tach and small clock kit
-Aftermarket radio with aux input, nd four nice aftermarket speakers
-Good tires
-Registered, nsured, nd driven regularly
The bad-
-Body has some dents
-Hatch, ower rear quarters, nd door sills are rusty (but not terminal)
-Torn driver's seat
-A/C is non-op
-Bulb out light turns on due to improvised 3rd brake light
-Headlight switch is worn out and could use replacement
-Reverse lights don't work
