Serial #1 HPE650 Hennessey Performance Camaro Convertible

SERIAL NUMBER 1. This is the very first Hennessey Performance Camaro Convertible. This HPE650 has graced the cover of Chevy High Performance Magazine. It was the Pedder's Suspension display car as well. If you're wanting a true, erformance Camaro, his is the one you want. With a dyno'd 612rwhp, he 655 horsepower rating by Hennessey sounds a little light. This car was clocked in testing running an 11.9 quarter mile at 121 mph and a 0-60 in 3.7 seconds.

The factory LS3 produces 426hp. Once Hennessey got a hold of this, hey added on Eaton TVS2300 supercharger system that produces about 8psi. A custom HPE cold air intake feeds the heads which have been ported, olished and fitted with upgraded valve springs. An HPE built camshaft give this car a shortened overlap time but with amazing driveability. LS9 fuel injectors were installed along with an HPE engine management calibration. Stainless steel long tube headers attach to custom catalytic converters, cross over pipe and 3 inch piping all the way back. This car sounds absolutely amazing!! A Centerforce 12 inch clutch assembly and fly wheel and a Tremec TR6060 deliver the power to the LSD 3.45:1 gears.

Pedder's Coil Over suspension handle the suspension. Brembo 14x4 Piston front and 14.4x4 Piston rear brakes were installed to bring this missile to a hault. HPE three piece wheels, 0x9.5 in front and 20x10.5 out back wrapped in 275/35/20 and 305/35/20 Pirelli P-Zero's ensure you get the traction you need for a high horsepower car like this.

The leather interior has been graced with just the right amount of HPE upgrades. With Hennessey embroidered headrests and door sills. Hennessey premium floor mats and shift knob on the short throw shifter. And also gracing the dash is the Hennessey HPE650 plate, ith Serial Number 1 stamped right on it. There is another plate with stamping under the hood.

This HPE650 is finished in Summit White with blue hockey stripes. A CarbonAero body kit featuring a carbon fiber front splitter, ear bumper diffuser and rocker panels. Adding more than just a beautiful look, his kit is functional and begins working at less than 60mph.
