2014 Honda Civic Sedan EX-L with Factory Warranty

I am selling a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L sedan with ~21,500 miles owned by a Honda employee. It is in like new condition and is still under the full factory warranty. This car was bought new in July 2014. The vehicle has regularly been maintained at local Honda dealers with regular oil changes and tire rotations. This car has every option available for 2014 except navigation. The exterior is Modern Steel Metallic with black interior. The car has the factory carpet floor mats, hich are brand new and the Honda all season rubber floor mats are also included. The only reason we are selling this Civic is because we are buying an SUV.
