Condition

Drivetrain

Engine starts up and runs strong as you would expect from a vehicle with this mileage. Only 110k miles. NO knocks, O smoke, O dripping engine leaks. The underside of car has some gunk and grease but nothing dripping(see pic). Transmission shifts into and through all gears smoothly as it should. Has proper acceleration and cruises at highway speed. The 1.6L is durable and efficient among the Honda engines, nd should easily last 300K+ miles with proper maintenance. This was a fleet maintained vehicle with regular servicing, ncluding oil changes at proper intervals.

Exterior

Paint has most of its factory shine and glistens in the sun as you can see. The body is overall very straight as you can see, ith no major dents or rot on the exterior. There are some blemishes such as dings, hips, icks, and scratches in the paint here and there around the body. There are some marks in paint from decals being removed, ostly all over the front doors. The rear bumper has scuffs and marks. Please keep in mind this is not a showroom new but in fair condition for a fleet sedan of this age and mileage. Interior

Interior is in good condition with normal minor average wear. Seats are in good average condition with no rips or tears. The carpet is in good condition with no excessive wear or rips. The dashboard is not cracked or faded. Interior is fresh and clean and has been professionally detailed. A/C blows cold.

Wheels and Tires

· Tires have approx 50%+ tread remaining. Matching set of Honda factory wheel covers.

CNG System

I have fueled up with CNG and tank properly holds pressure. Everything seems to function as it should.

I have test driven this vehicle over 50 miles and it should have no problem going anywhere. I have tried to describe the condition to the best of my ability but this is merely a guideline and there may be undetected defects or repairs may be required. I do recommend having this vehicle shipped due to the limited availability of CNG stations in some areas. As I recommend to all my customers, ou should have your mechanic look over any newly purchased vehicle before extensive use. I have tried to list as many details about this vehicle as I can, ncluding known defects. There may be deficiencies that I am not aware of so buyers are encouraged to inspect in person. This was previously a fleet/lease vehicle and may have greater wear and tear than private vehicles. Vehicle is otherwisesold with no additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer may have in place. If you are local I encourage and welcomeyouto come down and test drive the car for yourself or have an independent inspection completed PRIOR to bidding. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be made viaPayPal within 24 hrs of auction's close. Balance to be paid within3 days via certified/cashier's check from a verifiable institution, S postal money order (no other's will be accepted due to counterfeit MO's going around), r cash (in person only, O NOT mail cash). A prep and doc fee of $150.00 will be added to the winning bid price. Item must be picked up within 14 days of auction's close unless you make other arrangements with me.
