08 Honda Civic SI 44k miles

Very clean, dult owned, ow mileage, lpha headers, 300 exhaust, ondata, ntake, on smoker, tock, added all performance parts about 6 months ago. I have a opportunity to purchase a vacation home so the car has to go. Everything is in working condition. I just had the car inspected with no problems. Front tires are practically new and the rear are at about 50%. There are two small dings on passenger door that are hard to see at about 10ft away. I change oil every 5k with mobile 1 synthetic. All parts were purchased new and are less than 6 months old. Any questions feel free to ask. Title in hand.
